Character: It is colorless cubic crystal or white crystal, tasting salty, cool and slightly bitter. It has low hygroscopicity, being soluble in water, soluble in liquid ammonia, slightly soluble in alcohol, insoluble in acetone and ether. The relative density is 1.527, boiling point is 520℃. The aqueous solution is alkaline, and the acidity is enhanced when heated.
Usage: It can be used as yeast nutrients and dough regulator, mainly used in bread, biscuits, etc. It is also used as processing aids.
Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as the inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a cool, ventilated, dry and clean warehouse. Avoid mixing with acid, alkaline and poisonous substances during storage and transportation.
